- Dr. Deepika Mishra is the Head of the Department with over seven years of teaching experience and 2.5 years of corporate experience. She specializes in Indian Writing in English Literature, with research interests in Literature and Universal Human Values.
- She has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, where she has presented research papers on contemporary literary and interdisciplinary themes.
She has also published several research papers in reputed national and international journals, contributing significantly to the field of English language and literature.- She has successfully coordinated and organized several prestigious academic programmes and workshops, including an 8-day Faculty Development Programme for Student Induction (FDP-SI) approved by AICTE and sponsored by BTU under TEQIP-III, as well as a 3-day Workshop on “Mentoring the Mentors of Universal Human Values for Student Induction Programme” approved by AICTE and sponsored by RTU under TEQIP-III. She has also contributed to the “Capacity Building for Rural Women in Habitat Sector” project funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. Committed to academic excellence, research, and value-based education, she continues to contribute to teaching, research, faculty development, and institutional growth through her scholarly and professional engagements.

- Dr. Manish Kumar Rawat holds a Ph.D. in Economics, along with an M.A. and B.Ed. He has rich academic experience in the field of Economics. He has contributed research papers to reputed national and international journals and has actively presented papers at various national and international conferences. He has published many research papers, reflecting his commitment to academic research and scholarly excellence. His areas of interest include Welfare Expenditure and Economic Growth.
